Hank
Atkins
Hank is a semi-retired game inventor and
spends about 30 hours a week developing games for Hasbro, Think Fun, Mattel, and
other lesser-known companies. His
best game at this time is an electronic game called Freeze Up which is based
loosely on the game Scattergories.
In his younger days Hank was very active in the Greater Hartford Jaycees and
served one term as president. For
several years he worked on their golf tournament although he never had an
interest in playing the game. He
also had some involvement with Leadership Greater Hartford both in their basic
program and their senior program (3rd age).
Hank's hobbies include guitar, singing and composing, chess, and skiing. He
lives in Bloomfield with his wife Maryjane.
