Jubilee House Programs

Jubilee House responds to the evolving needs of a changing urban population by offering education-related and social service programs focused on providing life skills and nurturing families in community. We have three principal program areas: the Refugee Assistance Center providing support to refugees resettled in Hartford; the Esperanza Academic Center, which provides writing, math, computer literacy, and world of work instruction to adults who have a high school diploma or GED and who wish to pursue higher education or build life/work skills; and tuition-free ESOL instruction (English for Speakers of Other Languages).
